Our approach is different; we only work with a handful of clients and candidates at any one time. We add value by being integral to the recruitment process on both sides. Everything we do comes with an opinion and that is important to us. We don’t believe in a volume approach as it’s all about finding the right individual.
We have looked at the whole recruitment process in detail from the view of both clients and candidates. We also considered our own personal frustrations with the recruitment process from when we were either a recruiter or a candidate. We have therefore put together a new service that offers value and the level of input you expect and deserve.
Due to the level of service we provide we are not right for everybody. We can only work with people that want to do things in a different way to ensure we get results.
